CHÂTEAU LALANDE BORIE 2010
Blend : Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 40% & Cabernet Franc 10%
Tasting notes : Currants and dark fruits with hints of licorice. Full and silky with ripe tannins and berry. Cigar tobacco and berry. Sweet tobacco. This is a wine that shows serious depth of fruit and refined tannins.
History : The origins of Château Lalande- Borie are very recent: in 1970, Jean Eugène Borie bought a 30 hectare plot in the Saint-Julien appellation, 18 hectares of which belonged to Château Lagrange. The Château was named after its terroir "Lalande", to which Jean Eugène added his name, the Château Lalande-Borie was born.
