Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
Tasting note : Cuvee Prestige has a very subtle bouquet of butter, honey and white flowers. The taste is elegant and harmonious. Once described as 'a piece of lace in the mouth'. A wine to be tasted in cosy surroundings.
Matching food : Best served with delicate flavoured dishes. A seafood platter or smoked salmon with a dash of lemon juice.
History : Remy Massin et Fils is located in Ville sur Arce in the Cote de Bar area. The 20Ha of sunny mainly south-facing vineyards are planted with Merlot and Chardonnay. The hillside are overlooking the charming village nested in the heart of the valley. The exceptional range of champagnes from Remy Massin have developed through four generations of winemakers and know-how.
