Location: Vaucluse, at the foot of the "Dentelles de Montmirail" in the municipality of Sablet.
Blend : Grenache 70%, Syrah 20%, Mourvèdre 10%.
Tasting notes : With sparkling ruby eye, raspberry highlights, the nose is rich with floral notes, red rose, peony and fresh pepper. The mouth is greedy and melting, soft and sweet tannins.
Food : cold cuts, grilled meats, and in sauce, cheeses.
Soil: Stony clay-limestone soils Vinification: Traditional fermentation with temperature control, vatting for 15 days. Very strict use of SO2. Wine from organic AB culture.
