Remy Massin et Fils is located in Ville sur Arce in the Cote de Bar area. The 20Ha of sunny mainly south-facing vineyards are planted with Merlot and Chardonnay. The hillside are overlooking the charming village nested in the heart of the valley. The exceptional range of champagnes from Remy Massin have developed through four generations of winemakers and know-how.
Cuvee Louis-Aristide has a bouquet of fresh fig. An explosion of flavours of stewed fruit, apple pie and a touch of acidy strawberries.
Best served with white meat - blanquette of veal, osso-bucco with cheese, Soumaintrain – Epoisse or as an aperitif at any opportunity.
